Request Event Activation
Monthly parking agreements for businesses, employees, residents, or personal use. Reserved spots, flexible terms.
Agreements run up to 12 months. Roughly 1,159 spots across the property.

One-time parking for a specific day — a Capitol visit, a meeting, a hearing, an event downtown. Not a daily/recurring permit.

Carnivals, festivals, markets, cultural celebrations, block parties, and community gatherings are all things we've considered or hosted. Every event request is reviewed for fit — with the property, with the neighborhood, and with the spirit of why this land was reclaimed. We reserve the right to decline events that aren't the right match, and we'll tell you straight when that's the case.
